Purpose and identity

Your anchor is the thing that keeps you grounded when everything else is moving. Faith, values, vision, identity. Before you can build systems that scale, you need to know why you're building in the first place. Without an anchor, productivity becomes a treadmill. With one, every system you build serves something bigger than the next quarter.
